* A Note About Travel Expenses:
For all jobs that require traveling more than 50 miles round trip, the Standard Mileage Rate (.58/mile) will be charged for those miles driven beyond 50 miles. For example, if the total miles driven round trip is 200, the Standard Mileage Rate will be applied towards 150 miles totaling $87.00. This total will be added to any fees charged for geomantic work. This service is specifically tailored to those looking to purchase or lease property, to make changes to their current property, or to simply better understand their current circumstances where they are. We will spend time on-site looking closely at the tangible and subtle aspects of the place and discuss in detail how they might affect your plans or be shaping your experience.

Remote Property
Assessment
This is a great option when an on-site assessment is not feasible. If you are looking to better understand the subtle aspects of your property, or are looking to buy a property that is out-of-state or out of the country, this option can help guide you in your decision-making process. In both cases, having your property assessed can help you feel confident that you are making the decision that best meets your needs. We will spend time looking closely at the tangible and subtle aspects of the place and discuss how they might affect your plans. The fee is for assessing one piece of property once. Matchmaking Bundle
Are you looking to buy a piece of property or lease a new space? It is very important that you have all the information you need to make an informed decision. We will work on-site to clear and rebalance your home, office, or property of geopathic stress, psychic disturbances, and overall general unease.

Remote Place Healing
Biannual Healing Bundle
Every spring and fall we are given an opportunity to clear out the old and make way for the new. In the spring we clear out that which does not support our growth and in the fall we clear out what we do not want to carry forward into the new year. The
Biannual Healing Bundle helps energetically clear and balance your environment so that you can go into summer and winter feeling completely supported and nourished by your space. This bundle includes one healing session in the spring and one healing session in the fall.

New Home Clearing

If you have recently purchased a new home, a New Home Clearing Bundle can help make your transition smooth and stress-free. With this bundle I offer three separate on-site or remote Place Healing sessions. One session scheduled for before you move in, one six months after you have moved in, and one a year after you have moved in.
