TREE SPIRIT MEDITATION
With stillness and an all-knowing presence, they welcome my arrival.
The gatekeeper, a tall oak with two long branches, reaches out in greeting.
The air is lush and pulsing. My breath held close.
Walking amongst them I feel as if I am witnessing a conversation, an exchange that is ancient, and with quiet persistence, hums eternity.

Each forest offers inspiration for a deeper perspective on life, and connects you with subtle realms of energy and the devic dimensions. For those on a spiritual journey, finding stillness within the silence and presence of the trees can be a profound and beautiful experience. The stillness of the trees reflects the stillness residing within us. It is their powerful presence that draws our attention to them and speaks to our soul. In this way trees nurture us. They refresh our senses and remind us of who we are.
